What do I need when I apply?
You have a choice of low down payment programs insured by HUD and some conventional Community Home Buyer programs. The down payments range from 3.5% to 5% and sellers can pay all or part of your closing costs. You'll need:
1) Proof of Income and Employment: You will need to prove 2 years of income and employment/self-employment with pay stubs, W2's or tax returns.
2) Proof of Cash to Close: You will need to provide bank statements showing where your down payment funds are coming from (FHA allows 100% gifts).
3) Credit Report: You will need to show good credit, with a middle score above 600. If you have some issues, we may be able to help. See our CREDIT IMPROVEMENT PAGE.
